The end of the year is a popular occasion for such a thing. In this three-part series, of which this is Part 3, I am providing my Top 10 news stories of 2009. Let’s get to the list.

Bonaparte Lands Job in Cali LONG BEACH – Outgoing CoB-GC economist Yosef Bonaparte has landed a job in the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College in California. As long-time readers of USMNEWS.net are aware, Bonaparte was, according to former EFIB chairman George Carter, terminated unexpectedly by the Lance Nail administration (2008-present) of the CoB during the 2008-09 academic year.
