As Rigney points out, Oklahoma State University’s Scott Blackwell, pictured below, has been named USM’s new director of Residence Life and Housing.

HATTIESBURG – As David Tisdale’s USM presser points out, a celebratory opening of USM’s new five-story parking garage – a structure capable of accommodating 1,200 vehicles – occurred on the morning of 7-April-2011, complete with USM president Martha Saunders and USM vice president of student affairs Joe Paul driving an antique vehicle through a yellow ribbon to mark the occasion (see Steve Rouse’s photo below).
