to usmpride.com that Ray Canterbery, the CoB's new "Scholar-in-Residence," is no longer affiliated with USM. CoB
administrators are saying that Canterbery has an unnamed illness that has prevented him from serving in the CoB during
the 2006-07 academic year.
(September 17, 2006) SEDONA Files "… Investigators at usmpride.com thought it might be interesting to go through the
SEDONA files and determine which, if any, CoB faculty listed (i) SEDONA training, (ii) Smart Sympodium training, or
(iii) Hitachi/Starboard training in the Faculty Development section (or other relevant section) of the SEDONA vita
template. Such an exercise could provide a window into the Tier IV mindset. The table below contains what was

(September 17, 2006) Special Report More CoB Textbook Shenanigans? An Investigative Series on the Use of the CoB for
Personal Gain "A previous report at usmpride.com examined the textbook/ancillary endeavors of Barry and Laurie
Babin, both professors of marketing. Given the response to that report, this report looks further into the CoB's textbook
associations. Here we examine Charles Sawyer's textbook operation. Charles Sawyer is one of two authors of
International Economics 2e, published by Prentice Hall. That book is currently priced at $135.20 (new) at USM's Barnes
& Noble Bookstore. This Fall (2006), there are four sections of ECO 336 (International Economics) offered at the
Hattiesburg campus. The instructors of these four sections, along with their textbook selections, are listed in the table
