(December 23, 2010) 31st & Pearl More than 4 Million Served The tally on the front page of usmnews.net says more than 4,390,000 hits. That's right, more than 4 million served. On March 1, 2010, usmnews.net was reporting more than 3,003,000 hits. In barely ten months, the count has increased by more than a 1,387,000 hits.

LOCAL NEWSPAPER PAINTS COMPELLING PICTURE Edward Kemp’s 21-Feb-2011 report for The Hattiesburg American entitled “USM traffic tickets up” paints a picture of a university that appears to be turning to speed traps and moving violations citations in order to augment its sagging budget.
